Standard Rate Booking Terms

Payment policy

In order to secure your reservation, a deposit of 25%* of the total amount is required. The balance is payable at least 14 days before the arrival date or at the latest on arrival (cash).

*For reservations up to three nights, the total amount is required for the booking.

After receipt of the deposit, by sending us a copy of the bank transfer, we will send you the final confirmation of your booking.

Any extra bed is charged extra (€ 15,00 per night).

Payments through credit card (Visa, Master Card) are accepted with an additional fee of 2% due the bank commission and fees.

Check in 14:00 (or earlier with prior notice)  | Check out 11:00 am (or later with prior notice)

Clients occupying the room till 18:00 are normally charged an extra 50% on room rate. After 18:00 a full room rate is paid (in accordance with the Article 8 of Law 1652/86). In case of a late check out please inform us in advance.

Pets are allowed under conditions (extra charges may apply)

Stardard Rate Cancellation Policy

All cancellations by the Client must be in writing from the person who made the booking, either by special delivery, email or facsimile. Cancellation applies only from the date of receipt of the cancellation notification.

The following percentage of the total holiday price will be payable as a cancellation charge by the Client:

• Between 59 – 30 days before arrival 25%
• Between 29 and the arrival date or later 50% (in accordance with the Article 8 of Law 1652/86)
• In case of NO SHOW, 100%
• In case of cancellation during the stay, a 50% compensation of the remaining days originally agreed is due and payable to the enterprise by the customers (Law: 1652/86)

Non Refundable Rate Booking Terms

Payment Policy

Full prepayment upon booking is required for a special rate. The total amount of the reservation will be charged directly on your credit card or can be paid with bank transfer on the day of booking.
After payment receipt you will receive the final confirmation of your booking.

Non Refundable Rate Cancellation policy

No refund or modification is accepted in case of cancellation.

Flexible Rate Booking Terms

Payment policy

Credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation. The Property 
reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to the guest’s 
arrival. 

Full payment is required on arrival (cash or by credit card).

Flexible Rate Cancellation policy

Clients can cancel free until two days prior to arrival. For cancellations of modifications after that, they are charged the whole amount of the reservation.

***We would strongly recommend that you take out appropriate travel insurance which provides cover against loss of deposit or cancellation fees.
