The dimensions of the apartments, with 37 m2 of interior and an 18 m2 terrace, ensure a comfortable stay for a couple, a small group, or a family.
Main Bedroom:
One of the two apartments, has a spacious double bedroom exudes a sense of warmth and harmony. The bedroom’s double bed (1.60m x 2.00m) is Coco-Mat with orthopedic mattresses and mattress toppers, convertible in two single beds, ensuring the ideal support for a restful sleep.
At the second apartment there is a double bed (1.40m x 1.90m) with Coco-Mat mattresses and mattress toppers, providing comfort and quality sleep. The sunlight baths the room as every other space of the villa.
Living Room/Bedroom:
The living room/bedroom, has a sofa bed with orthopedic mattresses, which can be converted into two single beds (0,90m x 1,90m each) or a double bed – available on request. Thus, you have direct access from the room’s French door to the beautiful balcony-terrace of the accommodation, while it offers you an irresistible view: the picture of the lush green garden of Villa Kapella. The spacious terrace can be used separately for each apartment or together.
Bathroom:
The renovated bathroom is perfectly comfortable. It has all the essentials to make you feel at home: a hairdryer, a bath mat, freshly laundered towels, and eco toiletries such as Olive-Era shampoos, for a refreshing shower. The accommodation’s bathroom has a brand-new shower with a fixed glass panel. It is a stylish and practical bathroom, easily accessible from both bedrooms of the lodging.
Kitchen:
The renovated kitchen, overlooking the communal terrace and the impressive garden, becomes a space where cooking becomes an experience.
