Each studio, with dimensions of 16-17 square meters indoors and 3.5-4.5 square meters of private balcony, constitutes a comfortable and practical living space ideal for couples, small families, or two friends.
Bedroom:
The focal point of each studio is the double bed (1.40m x 1.90m) in its dedicated bedroom, furnished with Coco-Mat orthopedic mattresses and mattress toppers. The bedrooms are decorated to blend effortlessly with the rustic ambiance surrounding the lodging, ensuring guests experience a harmonious blend of both practicality and comfort. In one of the four studios, you’ll find a bedroom with two single beds that can be easily transformed into a king-size double bed (1.80m x 1.9om), offering flexibility and allowing you to customize the spatial arrangement according to your preferences.
Bathroom:
The private bathrooms include a shower, a hairdryer and eco-toiletries such as Olive-Era shampoos for your convenience. Upon entering the studio, you will encounter the small kitchenette, which features two cooking hobs, an A++ class refrigerator, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, cooking utensils, and serving items. The functionality and comfort in navigating the kitchen surpass its size, thanks to the thoughtful layout of the space. The studios at Villa Kapella & Apartments follow the same minimalist line and rustic decoration that envelops every space in the villa. Earthy colors provide light and “enlarge” the rooms, and the rustic decoration of the areas only with the essentials transforms them into intimate environments full of style and warmth for you to truly feel at home.
Outdoor Space:
Each studio has two balconies: one private and one shared. They are overlooking each side of the building and the lush garden. The private balcony is ideal for couples. As each studio maintains its autonomy, guests can enjoy their privacy or join the balconies to create a larger space, perfect for families and large groups. This flexibility maintains the studio’s privacy while offering an excellent choice for every type of visitor.
Amenities:
Each studio is equipped with independent air conditioning A++, while the 24” LCD satellite TV provides entertainment. Screens on every window and balcony door ensure comfort and protection from annoying insects. The independent air conditioning unit, modern kitchen and bathroom equipment, satellite TV, and all the provided amenities aim to serve the guest’s needs to the fullest. Our primary concern is your satisfaction and the enjoyment of your vacation.
Housekeeping:
General cleaning with towel change two-three times weekly and bed linen change once weekly.
